We offer a variety of shipping methods which include DPD and An Post which is at the discretion of Eden Gifts Ltd, there is no difference to cost to you with either shipping partner.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders.

Returns Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Eden gifts Company. We strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1: Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2: Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3: Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item following the above return process and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

4: Exceptions:
Certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, and gift cards, cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
